Baseline Workout – Free, every Saturday at Noon!
Not sure if CrossFit is for you? Come in and give it a try! In this introductory session, you’ll meet with one of our coaches and learn about our gym, the CrossFit method of training and see how a WOD (Workout of the Day) is structured. Then, you’ll go through an intro workout.
Foundations (4 x one hour sessions) plus three weeks of unlimited training: $150
(bring a friend and save)
All new members must complete the Foundations program – A 4 class program that will teach you the basics of CrossFit and prepare you for the WOD classes. (must be completed in 30 days)

Unlimited Monthly Membership: $150 a month

12 Class Membership (3 x week) $120 a month
Classes not used during month are nontransferable.
8 Class Membership (2 x week) $100 a month
Classes not used during month are nontransferable.
Unlimited Couples/Family Membership: $250 a month
(Two discounted Unlimited memberships! Share a household, share the benefits!)
Punch Card – $150 for 10 classes
Punch cards have a 60 day expiration.
Drop-In Fee: $20 per class PAID AT THE START OF CLASS

Corporate Wellness Program

Nutrition Counseling: $50 per hour
Nutrition sessions are available by appointment only.
Personal Training: $60 per hour
Personal training sessions are available by appointment only and last 1 hour.

Memberships can be purchased in person via check, cash or you can use our convenient online PayPal page.
