CrossFit Fishers is proud to announce that we will be hosting our 4th annual Barbells for Boobs partner event “Helen meets Grace“.
Where: CrossFit Fishers, 10080 East 121st Street, Suite 133, Fishers, IN 46037. Parking & entry is in the back of the building.
When: Saturday, October 3, 2015 – doors open/check-in at 8:30 am until 9:00 am.
Heats start at 9:20 am and run every 20 minutes.

Sign-up/Registration: Registration will begin August 7th, 2015. The cost for registration is $60 per team or $30 for Individual Firebreather, and each team member will receive an event T-shirt. Proceeds from the T-shirts will go to Barbells for Boobs.
You can set up your own Barbells for Boobs fundraising page anytime and start raising money. Join our CrossFit Fishers Team and help us reach our team goal of $5,000.
Heats will be announced on Wednesday, September 16th via our Facebook page and via email.
REMEMBER – If you personally raise $80 or more on “your own fundraising page” you will receive a Barbells for Boobs Support Team T-shirt. This is B4B’s way of thanking you for your commitment to helping them fulfill their mission: SAVE A PAIR – SAVE A LIFE.
WOD – “Helen Meets Grace”: This is a TWO-PERSON team workout (male/male, female/female) with one person working at a time, except for the 400 meter runs, which must be performed together. HELEN consists of THREE rounds of: 400 meter runs (partners run together), 21 kettlebell swings (RX 53/35#) and 12 pull-ups. Partners can tag-team in and out of the kettlebell swings and/or pull-ups a needed. Once all THREE rounds of HELEN are complete, the team immediately moves on to perform GRACE which consists of: 30 Clean & Jerks (RX 135/95#) as fast as possible, partition anyhow between partners.
The score is total time it takes the team to complete both workouts.
