CrossFit Fishers is proud to announce that we will be hosting our 2nd annual “Helen meets Grace” Barbells for Boobs event.
Where: CrossFit Fishers, 10080 East 121st Street, Suite 133, Fishers, IN 46037. Park & enter in the back.
When: Saturday, October 26, 2013 – doors open at 9:30 am. There will be three heats of men and three heats of women starting at 10am and will continue every 30 min until everyone gets through the WOD.
WOD: This is a TWO-PERSON team workout with one person working at a time, except for the 400 meter runs, which must be performed together. HELEN consists of THREE rounds of: 400 meter runs (partners run together), 21 kettlebell swings (RX 53/35#) and 12 pull-ups. Partners can tag-team in and out of the kettlebell swings and/or pull-ups a needed. Once all THREE rounds of HELEN are complete, the team immediately moves on to perform GRACE which consists of: 30 Clean & Jerks (RX 135/95#) as fast as possible, partition anyhow between partners.
The score is total time it takes the team to complete both workouts.
Make sure to complete the “contact form” below if you are going to participate so we can organize heats and help people find a teammate if needed. Please enter you name, your partners name or if you need a partner in the contact form.
Cost: We ask that teams make a nominal $20 donation per team or register as an individual fundraiser & join CrossFit Fishers Team & raise $$$. If you raise $80 or more you receive a Barbells for Boobs Support Team T-shirt. This is B4B’s way of thanking you for your commitment to helping them fulfill their mission: SAVE A PAIR – SAVE A LIFE.
