6 Week: Fit in your 40’s & 50’s Challenge

We are looking for 10 individuals who are in their 40’s and 50’s that live in Fishers/ Geist/ Noblesville/ Carmel/ Indianapolis area to undergo a 6 week Fitness Challenge. This Challenge will start Sunday, February 19th and end Sunday, April 2nd. The 6 week Fitness Challenge will start with a 3 hour fit4050Mandatory Nutrition talk (Meet and Greet) and Foundations Course that will meet on Sunday, February 19th at Noon to 3pm. Then you will have 6 Weeks of unlimited group classes. These group classes will be 1 hour which will include Warm-up, Stretching, Strength building, CrossFit Metcon and Cool down. The Unlimited Group Class Schedule is Monday- Friday 6am, 9am, 4:30pm and 5:45pm. We encourage you to attend the 5:45pm WOD class for more individual training. This Challenge is for individuals in their 40’s and 50’s only. That are beginners or someone that is new to CrossFit.  We only ask of you is to try hard and finish the 6 weeks. We will be hosting a Nutrition Talk (Meet and Greet) where you will get weighed in and measured and have your body comp taken. You will also receive nutrition counselling with meal plans to help reach your goals. The Nutrition Talk (Meet and Greet) and 2 hour Foundations Course will be on Sunday, February 19th at noon to 3pm. The Cost is $250.00
