    20 Pullups
    30 Pushups
    40 Situps
    50 Squats
    Run 200m

    *teams of 2, teams will divide the work of each movement as they see fit then move to the next movement. Each athlete will complete a 200m run. Once the last athlete completes the run they may beging the next round.
