8-Week “Get Shredded” Challenge for 30s, 40s, 50s & 60s (Limited to 10 Spots)

Calling adults in their 40s, 50s and 60s from Fishers, Geist, Noblesville, Carmel, and Indianapolis—this beginner-friendly 6-week program is built to help you get stronger, move better, and feel amazing in a supportive community.

8 Week “Get Shredded” Challenge January 3rd to February 28th, 2026!!!

Cost:
$300.00 for Non-members
$150.00 for Members
$100.00 for Specialized Meal Plans (Customized to your body type and goals.)
$50.00 for Daily Monitoring (Includes daily food journal reviews and “Pam’s figurative “slap food out of your hand” to keep you on track!)

*Specialized meal plans
*Unlimited group classes for 8 weeks
*Structured 60-minute sessions: Warm-Up → Mobility/Stretching → Strength Work → CrossFit Metcon → Cool-Down
*Foundations Course (included): Movement basics, safe technique, and confidence to train
*Nutrition Talk & Meet-and-Greet: Weigh-in, measurements, body composition, and personalized nutrition guidance with sample meal plans
*Extra Coaching Opportunity: We encourage the 5:45 PM WOD for more individualized attention

Kickoff & Mandatory Foundations + Nutrition Session: Saturday, January, 3rd 11:00 AM–2:00 PM

Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM, 9:00 AM, 4:30 PM, 5:45 PM CrossFit Classes

Mon – Fri @ 10:15am

• Adults ages 30–69

• Beginners or those new to CrossFit

• People committed to showing up, trying hard, and finishing the full 8 weeks

• Mandatory attendance at the January 3rd Kickoff (Foundations + Nutrition)
