  1. Did todays WOD plus 2 other’s I missed last week due to vacation in New Orleans (back-to-back-to-back w/little rest):
    #1 20th: 7:34 w/155lbs
    #2 todays: 3 rd’s plus 400m & 10DL’s in 19:56 w/85lbs
    #3 23rd: 5X5 w/85lbs.
