For Time: Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run.
If you’ve got “body armor” or a 20# vest, wear it. CrossFit Fishers will NOT be supplying weight vests. If you would like to use a weighted vest please bring your own.
