Troy CFT= 670 Back Squat= 200×2 Shoulder Press= 155 Deadlift= 315×2 First time back squating since knee surgry 4 weeks ago. Knee felt ok, did not want to push it. Press is ok and DL was ok too. Previous scores before surgery= BS/315, SP/165, DL/325 Reply
