5 Rounds of:
9 Squat Cleans 95/65#
6 Hang Power Cleans
3 Push Press
Athletes hands must remain on the bar throughout each round. If the bar is dropped or the athlete releases the bar before the last Push Press the athlete must start that round again. Rest as needed between rounds.
