AM WOD: Bench presses / 50 T2B / Completed Day 14 of Burpee Challenge plus 26 extra
rx’d 16:41 I have been doing the burpee challenge. So I completed day 14 as well. Tough WOD.
I had to modify my WOD.
3 rounds of: 5 rounds of cindy + 400m run(20:54).
