  1. 16:09 Used 55lbs on squats PM WOD (Form was a little better than normal….tough exercise.)

    AM WOD: Bench presses / 50 T2B / Completed Day 14 of Burpee Challenge plus 26 extra

  2. I had to modify my WOD.

    3 rounds of: 5 rounds of cindy + 400m run(20:54).

    Completed day 14 of Burpee Challenge.
