Hey everyone at CFF. Pam/Troy, thanks for including me in your post. I definitely miss working out with everyone. I be home soon enough and I’ll be ready for some sweating! Not sure if Carrie told you, but I’m getting my CF Level 1 Certificate here next week and I’ll be a trainer here in Balad. You guys rubbed off on me, I guess. Talk to you soon!
