Henry, love the Spongebob wrist band. The are money. I need to find a pair. They have helped with some great pr’s this week.
Bench presses followed by 5 rd’s of Cindy w/ tac vest & gas mask: 3:34…….and yes, it kind of sucked but only for a short time.
