    CashedOut w/ 1 min max burpees: 20

    Yesterday’s WOD (PM workout): 13:16
    1st round used 110lbs
    2nd & 3rd round used 100lbs
    I understand where Tony R was coming from now….I was winded throughout too. Nice WOD. Probably the best form I’ve done since I started CrossfitFishers back in July…..at least for the majority of the workout. I can tell my chicken legs are stronger……maybe someday they’ll get bigger too. Could also tell that my DL’s are improving. 1 rep max last time was 260. This time I was able to do 250X3, which is an improvement. Good work T & P.
