Hey fellow CFF Family. So far things are going great with my mobilization training. We should be off in about a month or so. Hopefully you are all making sure Carrie doesn’t slack while I’m gone. I’m going to do as many WODs as I can and post my times when possible. Also I’m doing the 100 Burpee Challenge. I hope all is well!
