  1. Hey fellow CFF Family. So far things are going great with my mobilization training. We should be off in about a month or so. Hopefully you are all making sure Carrie doesn’t slack while I’m gone. I’m going to do as many WODs as I can and post my times when possible. Also I’m doing the 100 Burpee Challenge. I hope all is well!

  2. 140/150/150/160/170 (Last front squats 5X130. Felt good tonight so I kept going up in weight. Gives me a better reading as to what my 1 rep max will be now. Will start out with 170 next time we do this WOD.)
