    Worked out w/ TNich in Bedford we both did:
    185×5
    135×3 (worked on form and dropping below parallel)

    Cashed Out W/ 1 min max push ups/pullups/k2c
    Mook: 69/27/29 (ab’s are a little sore this AM)
    T Nicholson: 53/27/34

    Good stuff!
