WOD
AMRAP in 20 min
10 Deadlifts
10 Hang Power Cleans
10 Push Press
400m Run
*95/65# loads will be used. Bar must not rest on the deck until Push Presses are completed.
If you must set the weight down you will then have to complete 5 burpees and then finish out your set. Rest in the rack position as needed. You can not rest on the deck!!!
Complete as many rounds as possible in the alloted time.
