or until you can not complete the task. π

“Chelsea”+ 8 rounds (means I did 38 rounds in 38 minutes before I failed a set)

Chase (ring rows) 16 rounds
Troy “Chelsea” completed all 30 rounds in 30 min. Then completed 10 more rounds for a total of 40 rounds. Hands got a bit sore and getting a hot spot on left hand.
