  1. 1 min Sumo’s (50lbs) for row: 6:54. Again, tougher than it looked. Plus, my ass muscles(I don’t think that’s the correct name for them [lol]) are so sore from the last couple of WOD’s I can hardly sit down to type this….it’s a good sore though. Just wanted to say thanks to the WOD Master’s Pam and Troy. I’m going to enjoy a cold beer now.
