    SP’s: 115×3 (pr by 5lbs)
    PP’s: 130×3 (pr by 2 sets)
    PJ’s: 140×3 (pr by 2 sets)

    Death by burpee’s: 6 sets completed plus 5 into minute 7

    PM WOD (yesterday’s): 9:37 w/75lbs
    Wow, shoulders are smoked!!!!!

  2. Was having problems on my end with posting results from Saturday: 30:32…..wasn’t pretty but got it knocked out.
