AMRAP in 20 min of

1 Deadlift
1 Hang Power Clean
1 Front Squat
1 Push Press
1 Back Squat
1 Rack Jerk

* Men Use 95#
 Women Use 65#
* You must complete the entire series of exercises without resting for the round to count.

    100 Squats
    100 Pushups
    75 Situps
    50 Ring Rows
    25 Burpees

    * Teams of 2 athlete will chip away at each movement (one chips while the other runs 100m). Must complete all reps of each movement before moving to the next event. Athletes will end with a Farmers carry 35/25# at 100m.
